Toppfiskur operates new state of the art processing equipment to ensure good working conditions. We offer a good working environment with a family friendly atmosphere and we extend ourselves in supporting our employees in the workplace. Our renovated facilities provide a large cafeteria, modern dressing and shower facilities and a convenient location at the Port of Reykjavík near the heart of the city with easy access to city transport and buses.

At Toppfiskur we do more than work, we also enjoy time together at various events held by the staff union. The annual ball is the highlight of our event calendar that includes a company trip and family activities.

Recent events include: a Western Dance night, an exciting Kayaking trip, horse back riding for the family and the family lottery night. Attendance is always good and we have fun together, encouraging the whole family to take part.
