Toppfiskur is a family run company where family members oversee all aspects of operations. Toppfiskur produces over 7.000 tons annually of cod and haddock at its 5000m2 facility in Reykjavík.

The company employs over 100 people with a multinational background and maintains a strong family oriented employee policy.

The processing plant is equipped with state of the art processing machinery. The operation is run with modern high-technology systems that include a new portioning, flow-line and grading lines with software management that ensure fast and efficient processing and increase overall quality.

Working only with selected fishing vessels that provide us with the best quality fish available the company delivers fresh, high-quality product that complies with the highest customer standards. The company also buys fish from local fish markets only selecting the best available quality while maintaining close ties with selected fish sub-contractors to ensure on-time delivery and large scale orders.

To ensure freshness and quick delivery of our products to customers in Europe we work closely with Icelandair Cargo and Bluebird airline who transport our products via air freight..
